Since 1909, people have trekked to an area at 21st & Peoria to enjoy nature and celebrate special moments.

As one of the oldest and most well-known public areas in Tulsa, Woodward Park has been a destination for Tulsans for more than a century.  Even as the city grew around it Woodward Park remained intact, and in many ways the Park, gardens, and buildings, reflect the growth and changes in the city’s history.  In 2014, Woodward Park’s significance to the community earned it a spot on the National Register of Historic Places giving it an even bigger place in the heart of Tulsans who love it.
