“Tulsa’s Darkest Secret,” a round-table special hosted by Tulsa’s Channel 8 – KTUL (which originally aired in November 2019) will be available to view here at the museum throughout the month of February. Simply visit the museum and ask for your free showing! The special is 55 minutes long. 

Museum hours are Tues – Sat, 10-4.

“Tulsa’s black community has been waiting nearly a hundred years for answers about the 1921 Race Massacre. Specifically, are rumors of mass graves true? The search begins as a new HBO series puts the issue in the national spotlight. Tulsa’s Channel 8 brings community leaders together to talk about the show, the search, and what’s being done to make sure the next generation knows and learns from what happened here.”
