Description: Earl Hogard , a former state auditor details the fraud by Sam Pollard from the Oklahoma school funds and land office that were supported by oil bonuses held in Trust. Hogard was the youngest CPA in Oklahoma. He later became auditor of GRDA through a state contract to Robert E. Garnett Accounting. He had met all but one governor of Oklahoma except one. by 1971. Hogard was accountant to the Maybee family and Foundation.
