Description: Tom's great grandfather T.F. Birmingham III built a big home in Tulsa where the kids had lots of fun. Tom was Editor of the Collegian at TU and worked for the Tulsa Tribune when he graduated. He tells stories of being hi-jinxed by the police and interviewing Thomas Gilcrease. He traveled Europe for more than a year on less than $5 a day and had fantastic experiences. After TU law school he was hired by the City Attorney, then moved to private practice. Throwing papers, journalism skills and knowing how to type made his Law Exam easier. He tells how he had one big mistake as a Tribune reporter.
