Summer is almost over but there are still a few days left before school resumes. Come celebrate with our Back-to-School Family Scavenger Hunt. During the week of August 15-August 20, visit the museum to participate in this unique, interactive tour. Once your are finished with your “detective work” collect your prize – a free Family Membership.

Special address by John Erling
John Erling is known by Tulsans as the host of “Erling in the Morning” on KRMG for 30 years. Two years ago, he founded the website “Voices of Oklahoma”, which is dedicated to the preservation of the oral history of Oklahoma. To date, he has interviewed over 40 Oklahomans who exemplify our state’s history including: Chester Cadieux, Wilma Mankiller, Marian Opala, and Boone Pickens. At the Tulsa Historical Society annual meeting, Erling will share stories about many of the Oklahomans he has interviewed
