The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and the Tulsa Historical Society present Admit One: A Tour of Music and History.
Admit One is a five-part collaborative music and history program that will include music performances, history discussions and trivia events on Thursday evenings during March at the Tulsa Historical Society.
The program is free to members of the Tulsa Historical Society or the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Memberships are available at each session. For nonmembers, the cost is $5 for adults and $3 for Seniors.
Each session will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Tulsa Historical Society. 2445 S. Peoria.
Admit One: A Tour of Music and History
March 1 – Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Induction Timeline & Trivia Join the OMHOF’s Ronald Boren as he takes you on a tour of past inductees into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Musical trivia will be part of the event. Boren, one of the founding Board members for the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, conducts Hall of Fame Museum tours for visiting tourists, dignitaries and officials from across the globe who travel to Oklahoma to learn more about its music and rich musical history.
March 15 – The Tulsa Sound And Beyond, hosted by Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Inductee John Wooley, musician, entertainment writer, author and radio show host.
March 22 – Acoustic Music Night, Featuring Joesf Glaude
THS visits Good Morning Oklahoma

Thanks to KTUL’s Good Morning Oklahoma for sharing the morning with us. We played a fun trivia game of “Six Degrees of Separation. ” We traveled from Downtown Tulsa in the 1890s to Brookside, the site of the interview, using historical photos from current and past exhibits. Beginning March 1st the Museum will be staying open until 8:00 pm on Thursday evenings. There will be a series of programs related to Tulsa history and we hope you’ll make THS Thursdays a regular stop each week.
